Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging and include proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. International return transit times may vary.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we will assist with a resolution.

The following items cannot be returned: perishables, custom/personalized items, personal care/beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards.

If unsure about an item’s eligibility, please reach out before initiating a return.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the original item and place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 3 days of receipt for any reason. Items must meet the same return conditions: unused or unworn, in original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
