Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging and include proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. International return transit times may vary.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we will assist with a resolution.
The following items cannot be returned: perishables, custom/personalized items, personal care/beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards.
If unsure about an item’s eligibility, please reach out before initiating a return.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return the original item and place a separate order for the replacement.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time.

EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 3 days of receipt for any reason. Items must meet the same return conditions: unused or unworn, in original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Scoop a small amount of the Cleansing Balm and melt it into dry skin - watch makeup and impurities dissolve as you gently massage.
Apply the Mask Cleanser to slightly damp skin, letting it rest for a minute as a purifying mask, then add water to lather and rinse for a soft, refreshed finish.
Follow with your favorite mist or moisturizer to seal in the clean, calm glow.

Plant-derived Rose PDRN, extracted from Damask rose cells, features a smaller molecular size (30–200 BP) compared to conventional animal-derived PDRN.
This ultra-fine DNA ingredient absorbs seamlessly between skin layers, delivering deep hydration and smooth suppleness without stickiness.
