Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

  • Be unworn or unused with tags intact

To start a return, contact us at retail@theperennial.io. Returns must be sent to:

Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. If you are shipping from outside South Korea, delivery may take longer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at retail@theperennial.io.

European Union Customers

If merchandise is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receipt for any reason.

Return conditions are the same: items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact, and include proof of purchase.
